Our first away meet is this Saturday morning at Belmont! Please read the information below carefully AND FULLY so you are prepared and can help us follow Belmont's HOA and pool rules.

Meet Details

• Location: Belmont Pool, 20071 Medalist Drive, Ashburn, VA
• Arrival Time: No later than 7:00 AM
• Lansdowne Warm-Ups: Begins promptly at 7:15 AM
• Meet Start: 8:00 AM
• Meet End: No later than 11:30 AM

Meet Theme

RIVERSIDE HIGH SCHOOL DAY! As two feeder communities into Riverside High School, many of our swimmers will be competing alongside their fellow Riverside swim team friends. Let's all wear our best Red, Blue and White/Gray or Riverside gear you have (shirts, hats, etc.) to show some school spirit!

Pool Deck & Team Area Rules

Belmont has strict occupancy limits and has modified meet operations to comply with county health and fire department requirements.

Important Reminders

• No chairs are allowed on the pool deck spectator areas (except for individuals with medical needs).
• Visiting team tents and chairs are not permitted on the pool deck.
• Our team will have a designated area in the adjacent parking lot for tents, chairs, and waiting between events.
• Swimmers should remain in the team area until called by the Clerk of Course for their event.
• Spectators may come onto the pool deck to watch their swimmer's event and visit concessions.
• Please be considerate of others and avoid blocking views during races.
• Once your swimmer has completed their event, please move off the pool deck.
• Please help keep the facility clean by using the trash receptacles located throughout the pool area.

Restricted Areas

• Stay outside all flagged/restricted areas.
• Keep clear of the starter table and official areas.
• All pools and diving areas are closed except for the race lanes being used during competition.
• Team members should not enter any pool areas outside of their races.

Entering Belmont

Belmont is a gated community. Do not attempt to enter through either Gloucester Parkway gate.

All visitors without a Belmont access pass must enter through the main gate off Russell Branch Parkway near Whole Foods in Ashburn.

Directions

1. Enter through the main gate. If the far-right gate arm is raised, proceed through without stopping. If the gate arms are down, stay left and check in with the guard. Tell the guard you are attending the swim meet.
2. After entering, go around the traffic circle and continue on Tournament Parkway.
3. Take the second left onto Medalist Drive.
4. The pool will be approximately ½ mile down on the right.

Parking (map at the bottom for reference)

• Parking is available in the pool parking lot and along the sidewalk side of Medalist Drive.
• Do not park on side streets.
• Obey all parking signs.

Concessions

Belmont will offer a variety of food, drinks, and snacks. Families are welcome to bring their own food and drinks; however, glass containers are prohibited. Payment options include cash, Venmo and PayPal so come prepared. No credit cards/Apple Pay.
