Join Lansdowne Lightning swim team for a 12&Under Spring Skills Clinic! Connect with coaches and friends all while prepping for the summer season.

WHERE: Potomac Club indoor pool

WHEN: Our 6 week clinic will run on Sunday evenings April
12-May 17, 2026.

• Ages 8 & Under will run from 5 - 6PM
• Ages 9 - 12 from 6 - 7PM.

WHO: Past, current and future members of the team, ages 5-12, are all welcome to register! Minimum of 10/maximum of 24 swimmers per session! Swimmers must be able to swim on their own in the lanes at the Potomac Club indoor pool (5ft depth). This is NOT swimming lessons/learn to swim.

WHAT: The clinic will focus on technique for the 4 competitive strokes, starts/turns/finishes and endurance. The clinic also offers an opportunity for summer swimmers to hone their skills in the pool during the spring months leading up to the summer season! Several of our wonderful summer junior coaches will run the program, guided by several LLST Board Members. We keep the swimmer to coach ratio low to ensure individualized instruction.

Fees: $100/swimmer for 6 week session
