Thank you to those who expressed interest in our Thanksgiving Break Outing!

We’ve confirmed the details:

Date: Wednesday, November 27
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: UP! Ultimate Adventure Park
https://www.upultimateadventurepark.com/

Please note: this is not an LLST-covered event, so each attendee will need to purchase their own ticket in advance directly from the UP! Ultimate Adventure Park website.

Feel free to bring a friend who may be interested in joining LLST next summer!

Summer 2026 Practice Schedule

Pre-Season Afternoon Practice: Tuesday, May 26 - Friday, June 12

5:00 - 5:45 pm: 8 - under
5:45 - 6:30 pm: 9 & 10
6:30 - 7:15 pm: 11 & 12
7:15 - 8:00 pm: 13 & older

Regular Season (starts Tuesday, June 16)

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays:
8:00 - 9:00 am: 8 & under
9:00 - 10:00 am: 9 - 10 & 11 - 12
10:00 - 11:00 am: 13 & older

Wednesdays:
Drop-in Clinic*
9:00 - 11:00 am: all ages
*Get help from coaches on a specific area you want to improve (starts, turns, kicks, etc). Stop by anytime between 9 and 11 am.

Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Afternoons (limited availability)

5:00 - 6:00 pm: 8 & under

6:00 - 7:00 pm: 9 - 10 & 11 - 12
